in a pinch, you can run an internal thread boring bar from your lathe. just get your offsets right

I’ll roll form every chance I get. I threadmill for titanium, tungsten, blind holes with full depth of thread. Multi tooth pitch specific is faster and lasts longer but the single is definitely more versatile like you said! Works well for cutting helicoil threads in titanium where a cutting tap will be tougher to get on short notice! Thanks for sharing!
