It’s cheese to run this type stuff in youth ball. To answer your question I’d probably run trips and throw bubble screens all day.

find out what your local HS runs and get them to line up correctly. dont send a ton of blitzes and get them to attack the ball from alignment. - a hs coach

a 4-4 Hybrid that we can live shift into any defensive formation from. Super easy to run and very effective. 4 audibles with 8 different blitzes.

all state high school lb back in the day. we ran a 6-2. soon as the athleticism/pool of the players went down as enrollment dropped they had to find something different

what if the unbalance you, do you adjust, or what if 2 receivers, ot what if hes in the wildcat or what it we just overload one side.... get my picture there plenty of cons to defenses
