I would’ve said all of this as well but I would’ve added that as a doctor I would write clearly in my patient notes afterward that this patient refused and had verbally told me they understood all of the risks and still declined treatment (just to save my license if anything were to happen) bc side note dental lawsuits are on the rise and the only thing we have are our patient notes to save us (I think I would’ve included this in my answer along with basically everything you said) ❤
