As the wife of a police officer of 17 years he is definitely wrong for taking the word of the other woman. Where are the witnesses and why didn’t she call the police yesterday when it happened. Also she came to this woman’s house so that makes her the aggressor. This cop is taking the other woman’s word for what happened without any witnesses to prove what she is saying is true. Poor police work. All he needed to do was take a report and have the other woman file charges and a court date would be scheduled.

I don't think she's trying to play victim I think she was truly concerned for her children's well being she just wanted to make sure that a family member was going to be there if he would have just said from the beginning don't worry I'll get somebody for your kids she would have felt ok he was a little aggressive
