I do (something like this) that same day or the next day- ask similar questions, and at the end i remind them they can also help by leaving an honest review on Google, is that wrong? Should i wait a couple of days instead??

What happens if they say they would’ve liked the price a little lower or something like that? Do you respond to that and workout a maintenance plan or something or just it is what it is?

problem is that every company / store does this today and a lot of people are annoyed by it due to the sheer amount of messages you receive, unless you send a personal message, don't use a generic mailing.

Great advice I started doing this this year and I picked up a awesome client when I was doing a headlight restoration on her vehicle she said she would be back for a detail I reached out a few days later asked how she liked the service by the end of the conversation she had me booking her for both of her vehicles 💚💚
