First time I have ever disagreed with you. The public has access to your driveway, arrest without warrant doesn’t matter. That would be like saying anyone runs from an offense who gets home can’t call “base” and can’t be arrested.

Which is why ICE was a terrible idea. It’s only been around since the 2000’s. Same thing with TSA. Get rid of both and drivert funds to the FBI and local law enforcement.
