@slowbuyclub: No cart. No click. No problem. Want to spend less without going full “no-buy”? Try only shopping in person. In this video, I explain how this simple shift has helped me avoid impulse buys, curb decision fatigue, and actually enjoy what I buy more. By skipping online carts and recommitment cycles, in-person shopping adds just enough friction to make you more intentional. This strategy is perfect for mindful shoppers, ex-overbuyers, and anyone trying to stop the late-night doom-scroll-to-checkout pipeline. #deinfluencing #slowbuy #consciousconsumer #mindfulspending #shopaholic
In person is worse for me, way more impulse buys. When im online it’s usually for specific things since I have to search.

Liz :
See in person is worse because I’ll buy things I don’t necessarily need. Also they won’t have specific things I need. If I do it online, I tend to only buy what I need. It might multiple carts but I don’t drop $100 on the one thing I need and extras like I do target or Walmart. Also I try to use my debit card. That way it’s immediate even tho I like cc points

hear me out. this only doesn't work for me with Costco 😂🫠 I save more money because even though same day charges a little extra, I don't end up impulse buying a $300 Ice maker
