No it got so sad because NOBODY EVEN DECORATES???? NO LIGHTS??? NO TRICK OR TREATING??? Look. I’m a mother my daughter’s gonna be 2 in April. I want her to experience the dressing up. Walking out and seeing other costumes and getting candy that she can enjoy. 😭

Trunk or treats was originally supposed to be for kids that weren’t able to traditionally trick or treat, like disabled children. So in reality it’s that regular people that can trick or treat normally took over something intended for children that can’t and ruined it for everyone.

the whole point of trick or treating is to have herds of little demons, monsters and ghosts roaming the streets at night, trunk or treat takes the soul out of Halloween, you might as well just dress your kid up and go buy a box of candy at Walmart with them
