You need either a table number sign or put the cards on a table for them to find which table. Otherwise people will be scrambling around at every table trying to figure out where they are supposed to sit.

Table numbers help the servers if you have a plated meal. They also help the guest find their spot. If you have assigned seating, I suggest having them but I agree that you don’t need a giant seating chart. Little cards with names and table numbers work fine.

if you are having assigned seats you need a table chart so people know what table to go to. you cant have 100 people searching randomly through each seat. also guest book is fun if u pass it around at dinner table to table

Agree with everything except seating chart, as others have mentioned. I’d also recommend a Polaroid camera for getting ready pics. Got some of my favorite getting ready pics in weddings I’ve been in on Polaroid and disposables rather than photographer!

It’s your wedding so it should be what you want! I agree about the eyesore for the table seating but i does help with guests and servers. The favors completely agree, they end up in the junk drawer for the most part. I will say the last favors i got were wildflower seeds and I ended up planting them and they GREW but i have a garden and the space for it so it worked out. If you are doing the signage yourself, canva is awesome. We did signage for a friend’s baby shower and used Canva templates and it was super easy to duplicate/use the same design throughout the signage. For the guest book, I’ve seen a few people have a phone and leave voice messages instead of writing in a book.
