This is exciting but sad all in one. Why did it need a bar inside? 🙄

wow...not the same at all. Glad it's open, but why such a drastic change? Why can't Nashville practice what it preaches and Honor Thy Music?

I’d rather they’d have torn it down and put up a plaque cause this feels like a slap in the face of all that it used to be.

OMG. I love this so much. Every time I go to Nashville, I would go to Ernest Tubbs. So glad it’s open again.

I got a broken heart. That's all I’ve got.

Y'all, it's still a record shop too. Considering the price of real estate on lower broad street, If it wasn't for them including a bar in the remodel then they couldn't have remodeled it at all.

Attention 99% of Comment Section: instead of boohooing about it being a bar - why don’t you go and visit it and hear the majority of bands that are playing there are playing traditional country music? Also, if you think that a record store by itself could make it on Lower Broadway in 2025 - you’re kidding yourself. Nashvillians, you were given a gift when this place reopened - go support it, because they could just be playing more music that doesn’t honor Nashville’s history like most of the other countless establishments downtown.
