@jaycietanner: The best dinner roll recipe- perfect for the holidays!😋 Dinner rolls 1 1/2 cups warm milk (115 degrees) 2 tablespoons active yeast 5 tablespoons melted butter 1 egg 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 3 1/2 - 4 cups flour In a stand mixer, add milk and yeast and let sit until foamy. Add in sugar, butter and egg. Mix together and add in 3 1/2 cups of flour and 1/2 tsp of salt. Once dough is just combined switch to a dough hook and knead. If dough is too sticky slowly add more flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead for 5 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size. Punch the dough down and slice into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half creating 2 balls making a roll. Do this until you have 16 rolls. Place each ball of dough in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Brush melted butter over top. Serve & Enjoy! #homemadebread #homemaderolls #recipes #holidayrecipes #baking
