"Rest for 3 minutes" that's not resting, Resting is stopping to do something until you're able to do it again. If you feel rested after 1 min that's good 👍

man, this took a long time for me to accept. Drop sets and super high volume is fun but not conducive for building muscle. Cutting my volume in half and only doing strict set and aiming for 6-8 reps is the best thing I did.

3 mins + is only required for heavy compound exercises like squats and deadlifts. 1-1.5 mins is sufficient for most exercises. 3 mins is excessive for something like forearm curls.
