Would it be possible to run the exhaust through a copper tube and heat water with it? Save some energy and make sure the humidity stays good in the heated room

All that muffler does is quiet down the howl they make when there running wide open. Just a typical muffler. There nice to have because listening to that heater run wide open can get annoying

have an 8k and use a 7gallon generator tank on my camper tongue and low flat profile. Removed camper furnace and replaced with this works way better than propane
