✨ 3 packets unflavored gelatin
🍵 1 cup water
✨ 1 cup light corn syrup
🍵 12oz sugar
✨ ¼ tsp kosher salt
🍵 ½ tsp vanilla extract
✨ Powdered sugar + cornstarch for dusting Bloom gelatin with ½ cup water. In a pan, heat sugar, rest of water, and salt to 240°F. Whip the gelatin + matcha base, then slowly pour in the syrup. Once thick and fluffy, spread into a powdered pan, dust the top, and let it rest overnight.
