i just got the same macbook and same exact case and it is gonna scratch and crack after a month, leave marks on the macbook and make it overheat

Guys please don’t get this case or any case for your MacBook airs 😭 they don’t have fans so they heavily rely on the aluminum build to remove heat. The grills do nothing for getting rid of the heat because the body is still 90% covered. These grills only work for laptops that have fans with grills for those fans to remove heat. But for airs that rely on passive cooling it’s just a fart in a tornado. PLUSSS the heat being wrapped and stuck on your MacBook can cause the battery to wear faster because heat is batteries biggest enemy.
