@fieldof.vision: Listen to that atmosphere! These blind @AustinFC fans were able to follow the ball for plays such as this one during their exciting win at Q2 Stadium yesterday. Field of Vision helps blind and visually impaired fans experience live sport in real time. Our handheld touch-based device lets fans feel the movement of the ball, passes, and goals as they happen through haptic feedback. It works alongside live commentary, so fans can both hear and feel the game — making the stadium experience more independent and immersive. We partner with clubs, leagues, and major tournaments to make sport more accessible for everyone.
this is a “Field of Vision” device, a tactile football (soccer) display designed for blind or visually impaired fans so they can feel the action happening on the field in real time.
Here’s how it works 👇
The small board shows the layout of a football pitch in raised lines (tactile form).
The metal ring or disc represents the ball.
It moves in real time according to the live match using tracking technology — sensors or data from cameras track the ball and send that motion to the tactile device.
Fans can touch and follow the movement of the ball with their fingers while listening to the crowd or commentary, giving them a full match experience.

Pour ceux qui s'interrogent, c'est un mécanisme des non voyants pour leur permettre de suivre le match en temps réel.
