Naaa. the second the CO looses his guard it’s game over. yall wouldn’t last a day as a CO. he’s doing good. He just needs support from his co workers. Some CO’s fall into the inmates games and manipulation and they slip.

I went to the acadamy in Santa Fe. Worked all these units in 2006 for training. This was the level 2 unit. worked corrections a couple years after. Best job I ever quit!
