Their inmates in PRISON, they are not at a lavish vacation. Why the hell should they be treated with respect, the point of prison to to make them hate it, not to give them reason to want to go back.

Was a CO for 2yrs, I couldn’t do it, not because of the inmates, but the corruption amongst the other officers. Most of the inmates give respect if you treat them with respect.

The CO eint wrong. Inmates are used to lazy CO's. The rookies worst enemies are his own partners because all that work he is doing the next shift is gonna give up the house 😏
