Mine is extreme dread, anxiety and depression that's vastly out of proportion. I am reduced to nothing

7-10 days is lucky. I experience it pretty much cycle-cycle, with maybe 3-4 good days a month..

Is This PMDD :
PMDD deserves way more awareness and open conversation. So many still don’t know what PMDD really is — this kind of awareness can truly help others. 💜

There’s so much we can do to support our body’s as women with PMDD. It’s my life’s mission ❤️I work with women on their gut, hormones and genetics and the majority have symptom free cycles xx

This is me! Since having my baby I can’t deal with periods, I’ve went to the doctor and begged for a hysterectomy and they give me diazepam because I just dread it… I don’t leave the house for 2 days after I start my period and it effects work and my home life! I didn’t know it had a name, I just thought I was going crazy 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

My mum describes it by comparing euphoric and dysphoric. Total opposite ends of the spectrum dysphoric is literally feeling the lowest you could possibly feel and us PMDD girls feel this every month!!! 😭
