These comments just show that people have zero idea how the world works. I’ve been an insurance adjuster for 25 years. I’ve never seen dictation, or documentation as she calls it, ready in less than 24 hours. They usually have a service that does it for them.

The documentation (notes) needs to be reviewed and locked by the doctor before it can be released to anyone. That takes time, especially if there’s patients after her.

this video went viral a few years ago and i’m pretty sure people figured out this dentist office had a history of not having medical records, refusing itemized receipts, patients being charged too many times, etc… look at their reviews
