The video and then the voiceover do not share the same message. secondly all special ed programs are delegated to the superintendent and the school board. The department of education had little to no action on special education. as someone who's been around it and a part of it because of my schizophrenia. I could say it was always been a state-run program not a federal program. if schools get rid of it that means the state didn't deem it necessary to keep. it's nothing to do with Donald Trump All special needs programs have to follow state regulations not federal regulations. The only federal regulation that special need teachers have to follow is the civil Rights act of 1964 that's it any other policies laws and so forth are issued in controlled by the state that which the special education resides in. so the voiceover is wrong.

i highly doubt that these kids are going to work camps. im pretty sure they will be attending regular class unless their parents take them out of the school system.
