I don't know how to explain in worried about my weight but I eat and then I feel guilty it's such a constant cycle that no one can seem to understand....I realized I'm a bad person when I felt jealous of someone I care about deeply who developed an ED....why? because how could I feel sorry for them when that's something I wanted...to be 45kg...which for my height is actually healthy
