The food is incredible and so is the coffee ☕️ 🕌 Sofia Mosque Just a short walk away, visit Sofia Mosque, the only mosque in the city! 💧 Ancient Hot Springs Right nearby, fill up your bottle at the ancient hot springs, the water is naturally warm and perfectly safe to drink which is cool! 🏛 Ancient Serdica Ruins Continue to the Ancient Serdica Cultural Complex where you’ll find incredible underground ruins hidden beneath the modern city, such a cool contrast between old and new. 🎨 Royal Palace, National Art Gallery & Ethnographic Museum A few minutes walk away is the Royal Palace, which is home to both the National Art Gallery and the Ethnographic Museum perfect if you fancy a slow wander indoors to escape the rain ⛪ Church of St Nicholas the Wonderworker Then stop by the Church of St Nicholas the Wonderworker. It’s beautiful both inside and out, and has a really peaceful atmosphere. 🏰 Alexander Nevsky Cathedral End your sightseeing at Sofia’s most iconic landmark, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, probably the most photographed spot in Sofia so of course take some photos here 🍷 Dinner at MoMa Finish your day with dinner at MoMa, which easily became my favourite restaurant in Sofia.
