THE SAME PROBLEM WITH ME, I also have the same problem; the Activity Center has completely disappeared from the TikTok settings, so I no longer have my viewing history or my comment history... and so on for over a month or two! The only solution I've found is to contact TikTok support through the "Chat with Us" section and ask them to show me the "Activity Center" button. They make it appear momentarily so I can access it and clear my history... I have to do this every time !!.
