Mac & Cheese – heavy flavor only 🧀🔥 I used 4 cheeses (about 150 g each): • Classic Cheddar • Aged Goat Cheese with Truffles • Goat Cheese aged in Whiskey • Gouda You can use any cheese combination you like, but never skip Cheddar – it holds the whole sauce together and gives that real mac & cheese flavor. Grated all the cheese. Melted butter in a pot, added crushed garlic and sautéed shortly. Mixed in a big spoon of flour and stirred until thick. Slowly poured in milk while whisking until smooth. Added cheese in 3–4 batches and let it melt into a silky sauce. Seasoned with salt & black pepper. Added cooked pasta and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Transferred to a pan, covered with the remaining cheese and baked at 220°C on top heat until golden and crispy. Real cheese. No shortcuts. Heavy flavor only. 🔥 LT. Makaronai su 4 rūšių sūriais – rimtas skonis 🔥🧀 Naudojau 4 sūrius (po ~150 g): • Klasikinis Cheddar • Ožkos sūris brandintas su trumais • Ožkos sūris brandintas viskyje • Gouda, pusiau kietas Galite naudoti bet kokius mėgstamus sūrius, bet Cheddar būtinai turi būti – jis duoda pagrindinį skonį ir tekstūrą 🔥 Sūrius sutarkavau. Puode ištirpinau sviestą, įdėjau spausto česnako ir trumpai patroškinau. Įdėjau didelį šaukštą miltų, maišiau kol sutirštėjo. Po truputį pyliau pieną, kol masė tapo vientisa. Sūrį dėjau per kelis kartus ir maišiau, kol išsilydė. Pagardinau druska ir pipirais. Sudėjau virtus makaronus, paviriau 2 min. Supyliau į keptuvę, užbėriau likusį sūrį ir kepiau orkaitėje 220°C su viršutine kaitra, kol viršus apskrudo. Tiek žinių.
