Here, Harvey says the judge is sentencing an innocent woman to prison as she has done nothing wrong. Then tell us, why did Donna lawyer asked that Donna be sentenced to 7 years jail same as Luis Riviera if she is not guilty? For her lawyer to plead that her client be sentenced to lesser jail term, of course she’s guilty. If not, lawyer would ask for acquittal, if she’s innocent.
