The Faceless Man isn’t ill – it’s not a disease. Losing all colors, both his own and the world’s, is simply the result of living far too long. He’s been around for centuries. What’s the relationship between Aredel and the Faceless Man? They’re familiar strangers, if that makes sense. Lovers? Worse. There’s no romance between them, and there never will be.
