hey lady you need to make sure you have the bed grounded good when you both those wires back to the man make sure there's no paint or rest where your boat in the back up and clean where you bolt it on definitely check your grounds that's where your problem is I'm sure of it if they were working fine before you can do it you've done that much not that hard just check all your grounds make sure you have Good grounds that's it

This sounds dumb but… check your bulbs first.. taking the bed off and on .. could have jostled the bed enough to break the filiments in the bulbs

Look at the conjunction box on the back frame. Ground wires must be hooked up.
