I have an app called cooklist. You scan everything thats in your fridge and pantry so you have a visual inventory of what you have. It tells you when things are about to expire and it gives you recipes with things in your fridge.

I don’t recommend online shopping or delivery. You have some that do care and try to get the best and keep their cars clean. But there’s so many that don’t care, it’s just a paycheck for them. The delivery drivers I can’t speak on, but working in Walmart, I see it.

I’m not sure if I missed one, but I would love to know what everyone’s staple items are that they always keep on hand. Like the other day, I really could’ve used a can of rotel, and realized I didn’t have one and thought maybe that’s something I should just always keep on hand?

these are excellent tips!! i love making menu with an idea in mind where i buy items in bulk for multiple recipes like a big bag of carrots can be used for a stir fry or stew or soups and try to coordinate my menu like that! or keep in mind for left overs so you don't need to make a meal every day! love your content!!!
