They should not have been able to arrest her off of what someone just says

how is she putting her down as a witness when she clearly said she didn't hear the "offer". I still haven't seen or heard any real evidence of the accusations. the cop is trying to get information about bad character not a crime.

This kinda freaks me out, the fact they parked next to the women, sounds like a plan. I’ve read too many crime things 😂

Yeah idk.. I think there’s a huge difference between just saying someone’s baby is cute and offering them a specific amount in cash to purchase their child… clearly it scared the mom enough to report it

There is no such thing as coincidence. If the lady is accusing her of something she did not do.. and that lady somehow ran into her in walmart.. You have to think.. Walmart parking is big. And the lady follows you guys out of Walmart; and she is parked right next to them... I know with the things I have lived through.. the lady arrested was framed for some reason. They probably knew she liked kids, and waited until she was slightly intoxicated and basically targeted her... The only reason I come up with this situation is because this is what I have lived through for many years.. Then with the added coincidences... I really feel that the lady is a target.. family is probably involved.. hince how they knew she liked kids, going to Walmart and is intoxicated; along with knowing where they parked. My conclusion is she was framed by her own family.

The police did investigate. They reviewed the video tapes at the walmart which aligned with what the childs mother had told the police, as far as the sequence of events. So yup there would be enough probable cause especially if you try and get suspects side and she is more concerend about supposed shoplifting then immediately asks for her attorney, which is her right.

I worked at a gas station and im a single mother and my daughter at the time was to little for school so my boss made a safe spot for my daughter to play and nap while at work. a man came in and asked how much id sell my daughter for. I looked at him and asked how much his life was worth. he decided to leave very fast after that.

I feel like the employee definitely heard this and thats why she walked away in the parking lot and then urged the lady to come back into the car finally. also excusing it saying "thats how she gets when shes drunk" .. sounds like shes done this more than once

A construction company in South Korea gives every employee who has a baby 100 million won, about $75,000, which is over a year's salary for many of its workers. When someone at the company, Booyoung, has a baby, its chairman, Lee Joong-keun, personally wires the money all at once during the company's New Year ceremony. The payout is about five times as much as the South Korean government gives a family for the first two years of a baby's life. Since February 5th, 2024, Lee has made payments for 134 babies, some of which had been born in 2021. Booyoung says the policy is working: employee births rose from an average of 23 a year between 2021 and 2023 to 28 in 2024. But the number of births in 2021, 2022, and 2023 was 15, 23, and 31, respectively, all before the cash incentive was announced. In fact, there were three fewer births in 2024 than in 2023. And, of course, pregnancy takes around nine months, so most of the babies born in 2024 were conceived before the policy was announced. The first year that the incentive might have had any effect was 2025, when there were 36 births, five more than in 2023. Booyoung has never revealed its total number of employees, so it's unclear if an increase of five births is significant. Nonetheless, Lee still says that the payments increased births

Since February 5th, 2024, Lee has made payments for 134 babies, some of which had been born in 2021. The first year that the incentive might have had any effect was 2025, when there were 36 births, five more than in 2023. Booyoung has never revealed its total number of employees, so it's unclear if an increase of five births is significant. Nonetheless, Lee still says that the payments increased births "by more than 10%." Kim Yoon-ki, one of the employees to receive the money, recounted seeing eight zeros in her bank account. "Even looking at it I couldn't believe it," she said. Her friends started asking, "How do you get into your company? Do you hire people switching from other jobs?" They wanted to work at Booyoung, and they weren't alone. When the company restarted hiring, in April of 2025, it said that there were 180 applicants for every opening, up from 10% a year earlier. This happened while employees rated the company 1.8 out of five on Blind, an app with anonymous but verified workplace reviews. (Construction companies get an average rating of 3.1 on the app.) One reviewer wrote, "They give 100 million won so you'll have lots of kids, then post you somewhere with no warning, so families have to live apart." A former Booyoung Housing employee wrote on the review website JobPlanet: "People rushed in after the news stories and all left within a year."
