a lot of cities have laws about unlicensed cars, and will tow cars that don't have a current tag. check if your city does, and then look for the ones that are unlicensed.

We have a neighbor down the street with like 16 vehicles including a tow truck. People have reported him but we live a township so nothing happens. He’s definitely running a business out of his house but again I guess that’s okay in a township. He’s caused other types of problems with the Neighbors and thinks he’s entitled to do whatever he wants. He and his wife (she actually inherited the house) no longer get invited to any of the neighborhood get togethers. He even filed a restraining order against a retired cop because the cop asked him if he could turn his music down which was blaring throughout the neighborhood

Keep getting them towed call to get it towed they’ll learn not to park infront of your property. Thats so annoying..

Most towns if a car isnt moved in 72hrs you can get them towed by the city as nuisance the oil leaks are bad for environment and the cars are just habitat for rodents

Some places have a service where they’ll pick up and dispose old cars. I know it’s a jerk move. But if they won’t get rid of them, you could.

Ugh, dealt with a similar situation when I moved into my new house earlier this year. Thankfully, they got the hint, whenever theyd finally move their vehicles, I'd immediately move my car out front. theyre spreading them out now and parking throughout the neighborhood lol Ive noticed another neighbor is doing the same thing I did now. I feel bad but my guests shouldn't have to park 3 houses down when they visit. Stay safe! and im glad you have a paper trail w the police.
