In case this helps someone I ordered a UK size 8 and it wasn't tight enough. The dress is really stretchy and I can pull the corset strings so that both sides touch and it's still not enough to really snatch the dress in. I am 5'11. 36-29-43. If your measurements sound similar to mine I'd say get a UK 6 (honestly you can likely fit into the 4) but you definitely do not need an 8.
