Get the recipe down below or at the link in the @allrecipes bio. ➡️ Ingredients: 2 teaspoons olive oil 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed 8 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup sour cream 8 ounces green chiles 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon kosher salt 2 tablespoons hot sauce 2 cups cooked chicken 2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1 jalapeño pepper Directions: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Heat oil in a small skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring constantly, until softened, about 3 minutes. Set aside. Add beans to a bowl and mash them with a fork until slightly creamy, yet still have some shape and texture. Add in reserved onions, cream cheese, sour cream, chiles, chili powder, cumin, salt, and hot sauce; stir well until combined. Fold in chicken and shredded cheese until well combined. Pour mixture into a 2 to 3 quart baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly and lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
