@lilly..padd: Strawberry and White Chocolate Blondie 1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 t baking powder 1/4 t salt 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick) 1 egg 1 t vanilla extract 3/4 cup diced strawberries 2/3 cup white chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are fully combined. Pour in strawberries, gently fold into flour mixture until strawberries are completely coved in flour. In a large bowl add sugar and melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir until mixture comes together. Add in egg. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Pour flour mixture to wet ingredients. Mix well. Once all the flour is well mixed in fold in white chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased 7x11 pan. Spread the batter across the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center has set. Let cool and serve! #blondie #dessert #Recipe #strawberry #whitechocolate
