@wholehanna: these seasoned homemade fries are a staple multiple times a week for us!!!!! here’s some tips & fav seasoning combo: 🍂 preheat oven to 425°f 🥔 wash russet potatoes and cut into fries / wedges 💧 soak in cold water if you have time, then pat dry 🌈 toss with a generous amount of olive or avocado oil, and a good sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (paprika is a must in my opinion!!) 🌤️ spread in a SINGLE layer on a parchment-lined pan (hehe this is important otherwise they don’t get crispy) 🌞 bake for about 25 minutes, flip, then bake another 15–20 minutes or until desired crispiness 🧂 sprinkle with a little extra salt if needed and serve hot!
