My grandmother ran away from her home after her mother died from blunt force trauma to the head while out fishing, her father remarried five months later, she got pregnant, miscarried and buried it under a random tree by a graveyard (this was the 50s), and met my grandfather at that graveyard visiting his grandfathers grave….and I was raised by them and spent my life with her fighting me everyday of my teens in juvenile detention until I finally left at 18 (as a cheerleader in honors classes), she was later diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and my entire teens I was never heard nor did I know her backstory.

I found out when I was 27 I have a half sister. we don't know if my dad even knew and we all realized he cheated on our mom a few months after they got married and around the same time she was pregnant with my older brother because she was born a month after him. my dad is gone so we have unanswered questions 😞 she is nice tho. my brother and I have come to love her
