I tried and while staring at the candle it splits into two candles, and some times the candle disappears and only the flame is left and I start acting like am possessed...is this supposed to happen?

the first time I tried this was years ago and I didn't know this is what it was called...I had a candle burning and got transfixed looking at it..after about a minute of intently staring, I felt airy and light and like I was floating..i literally had to touch the floor with my feet to make sure I wasn't floating! it was so weird and so cool at the same time

Yes that happens to me when I do something that always happens after it all I'll see something or something will happen or see spirits more as meditation also on your third eye
