i tried saying alhamdulillah. thanked him for things. but i feel it doesn't come from sincerity rather comes from pain. comes from the fact that okay if i am grateful then allah will give me more. what if i am saying that from the place of selfishness and not really from heart. because my heart still feels empty and focuses on losses more. how do you force yourself to be thankful when it is not exactly coming from heart specially in times when all your life is falling apart
