@erinnicolecreates: Tried the Ritual Essential Iron this week 🩸✨ Sunday was my first dose — it went smooth, no issues at all! Tuesday was dose #2 — took it at 5am, did laundry, Bible study, and showered by 6:20am 💪🏾 Everything was good lots of energy, but I learned one thing… definitely eat about an hour after taking it!
