Have you considered having a pop tester they’re pretty inexpensive. It makes it really easy to balance the injectors as well.on a truck I thought was running good, Was found to have leaky injectors by having one laying around the shop. Keep up the good work, man love watching your stuff.

You need to run some additive, it will help those injectors out a lot and improve the cetane and lubricity.

You can also use a heat gun to the manifold and that would tell you if there’s any temp variations. cylinder first and six are going to be kind of similar and then two and five are kind of gonna be similar and so on.
