i've been watching your videos ever since I went to the ER and they told me I had a gastritis, i'm on day four and my stomach hurts so much from not being able to eat anything because I'm so nauseous! is there anything you can recommend? :( I hate feeling like this.

How long did it take you to start feeling better with your diet change? I’m incredibly ill with acid reflux from a hiatal hernia and trying to change my diet but eating is so hard. It doesn’t seem to matter what I eat, I’m always uncomfortable.
