All your info pics are color drenching. So for that look, you would need to paint the trim and ceiling ceilings.

I would 100% color drench. It’s beautiful color, but that is definitely not something that you want any other colored trim with. If you do black, it’s gonna look straight up Gothic. If you do a dark brown, it’s gonna look 90s country.

I just painted my guest bathroom dark red, it took way too many coats and honestly had a panic attack with the color but I love it now

For the future: use a TINTED primer on all walls when you’re doing a dark color. It’ll help with less coats and better coverage.

Next time, have your paint place mix some of your color into your primer. Easier with a darker base coat. But I think the color could work! 💜

You may know this already…….cut in first. With a dark color like that make sure to roll the wall from top to bottom to smooth out the lines on the wall and where it’s cut in.

I used to work pain at Home Depot. Red is the hardest to paint on and over. It takes more time to cure because of the amount of pigment and hard to blend. Best of luck!
