Filling: • Milk chocolate chips • Chocolate hazelnut spread Method: 1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, warm water and milk. Rest 5 minutes. 2. Add egg white and oil. Knead into a soft dough. 3. Split the dough in half. Mix cocoa, water and oil into one half. 4. Cover both and let rise until doubled. 5. Roll the light dough flat. Place the cocoa dough on top, seal. 6. Roll the whole thing out, sprinkle with chocolate chips. 7. Cut into 8 pieces. Add hazelnut spread and roll each one up. 8. Let rise on the tray until almost doubled (30-45 min). 9. Brush with egg yolk, top with chopped hazelnuts. 10. Bake at 180°C fan for 15-20 min, until golden. Enjoy! 🥐✨ #babkabuns #chocolatebabka #homebaking #bakersofinstagram #ukbakers
