It's not that they're there. It's how they conduct themselves. There's usually 4+ to a cabbage patch. They'll use the entire bank of equipment instead of working in with their bros. They take the dumbbells to other parts of the gym and leave them there so it becomes a scavenger hunt. And they'll do 8 reps in 20secs and rest for 20mins between sets.

One of the most amazing things about Grandma is her endless social energy (I truly think it's a source of longevity), but increasingly her body can't quite keep up with her calendar. realistically, she'll be giving up her car sooner than later and our family has started having conversations about what support could look like to help her maintain her independence. that's where @Hireup comes in. I actually hadn't told Grandma about it until I was filming these clips, and tbh was unsure how resistant she'd be to additional care. But by simply by entering her post code Grandma was able to read through different carer profiles in her area and give her a strong sense of agency throughout this process. #hireup #ad
