if i may suggest try cang toys model kit it is really good. the build experience is smooth. the model kit feels like action figure feels premium. robust 🔥🔥🔥🔥

when they come out with their own design people say overdesign and too sharp, when they do a Gundam look design people say they copy.. just build what you like. Beside I got the Aobing and a few fantasy ones and I really like it

I think it's safe to say that there are rooms for both. If you think about it, they both fit in their own world/settings. So we can't really say one is "bad" or "too much".

I prefer the fantasy style but there is always going to be room for both. i think the mix of tech and fantasy works well

yes, third party kits are typically over the top with their designs. it's their unique identity. But once you had one good 3rd party kit, you'd really appreciate the designs. especially the color separations, even without the water decals or recoloring it. kits from motor nuclear is the best example for me. SNAA round table series is a go if you want a not so much pointy parts

Advance of Zeta has some awesome designs if you're looking for something a little different. RX-124 Woundwort, got it off AliExpress for 19.32 totally worth it! Great build and minor sanding for the few less than perfect spots
