I bought this. If you get it, my suggestion is to just do one or two things at a time. The book as a whole is overwhelming and can bring you to the exact place you needed it in the first place... Choose a day and work on that day as if it was a week... IMO

Omg I need this. I don’t have ADHD, but grew up in a hoarders paradise. So I am always very overwhelmed and often frozen. This is so helpful!

The planner idea is great but the problem is it's a fixed schedule. The structure is critical but those tasks and schedule will differ from person to person.
