so he is right the only people that can run a fishing license is the fwc, but that's running it. it's a state law that requires you to have a license to fish and last i checked they are law enforcement in the state of Florida and it's within their rights as law enforcement to enforce every law within the law book in Florida. this video is a classic video of someone looking for a problem and playing victim when they find it.

what is it that most people don't understand. since when do we need a license to feed ourselves. only in their commercial world you need a license. for crying out loud you don't even need a license to travel. only in the commercial world you need a license. it's really time that people become man and woman and start really inner standing who their system really touches
