Incorrect! The law prohibits students from using cellular devices. But it is up to the district on how to implement the law. I know a couple of districts who don’t have pouches

I mean, students are there to learn not to be on their phones, its a place to make socail connections, not be in cyberspace, the teachers and staff ofc should keep their phones in their desk, but students should honestly just leave their phones at home.

We use them in my state and it’s not a big deal. Kids have fewer distractions and behavior altercations. Grades are improving too
