I’m so, so proud of you. Living with chronic illness is heavy in ways people don’t always understand. The kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix. The frustration of feeling like your body is working against you. The anger, the exhaustion, the days where everything feels like too much. And still… you’re here. You wake up and face it again. You keep going even when you don’t feel strong. Even when your mind tells you it would be easier to give up, you don’t. That takes more strength than people will ever see. It’s okay to be angry about it. It’s okay to feel worn down. None of that makes you weak. It means you’ve been carrying something really heavy for a really long time. But I’m so, so proud of you. For staying. For trying. For pushing through the days no one sees. One day your reasons to stay will feel louder than the pain. Until then, just keep going.
