@cookbookcinema: Crab Rangoon Taquitos 🦀 Filling ingredients 8 oz lump crab meat (we used Chicken Of The Sea Premium Crab from @Costco Wholesale) 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 green onions, finely sliced 1 small garlic clove, minced 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp lemon juice ½ tsp sesame oil (optional) ¼ tsp salt A pinch of black pepper Assembly ingredients: 12 flour tortillas (6-inch size) Neutral oil (like canola/vegetable), for frying Sauce: Any sweet chili sauce (we bought ours from Trader Joes, $1.79) Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix together the filling ingredients above except the crab until smooth 2. Gently fold in the crab meat into bowl so it stays a little chunky. 3. Warm the tortillas 4. Heat the tortillas in the microwave (covered with a damp paper towel) for about 20 seconds until soft. 5. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling along one edge of each tortilla, then roll tightly into a taquito. 6. Secure with a toothpick if needed. 7. Fry or bake 8. To fry, heat about ½ inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat (350°F). 9. Fry taquitos seam-side down first until golden, 1–2 minutes per side. 10. Transfer to paper towels or wire rack to drain. 11. Serve with your favorite sweet chili sauce and enjoy! #crabrangoon #seafood #crab #taquitos #costco
